I'm a fresher. What is the process to apply for freshers' openings?

You can apply directly through the Global Opportunities Tab in this portal and fill in the Online application form provided under the appropriate section.

The Indegene hiring executive in charge for the position would be in touch with you based on the requirement.

If my skill set is relevant and the position is not advertised, can I still apply?

Yes, you may apply, your resume would be in our database, and we would reach out to you when we have a requirement specific to your skills.

How is the selection process carried out?

The INDEGENE selection process is as follows:


  • Aptitude Test
  • Technical Interview
  • Management Interview
  • HR Interview
  • Pay Slip, Reference & Background Check
  • Offer

Do I have to undergo an assignment?

Yes, for every skill set we have assignment(s) per our recruitment process and every candidate needs to attempt and go through the assignment(s) prior to being short-listed for an interview.

Can I reapply if I have not cleared the assignment the first time?

Yes, you can, however you need to have completed six months after your first attempt.

Feedback on my selection has not been provided to me; what should I do?

You will be provided feedback on your candidature, however based on business needs, your candidature could be on hold and the Hiring Officer would reach out to you later based on need.

What are panel interviews?

Panel interviews are conducted by Managers who meet you before making a selection. At Indegene we have a panel meet you based on the role and position of your candidature.

What am I required to do before I appear for a walk-in interview?

You will need to meet us at the location specified in the call letter along with your resume, photographs and the last 3 drawn pay slips.

After submitting my application, do I have to do anything else online?

No. However, once you have submitted the completed Online Application form, you are requested to take a print-out of the same for your reference and any future correspondence with INDEGENE's recruitment team.
