Role: MLOps Engineer
Description: As a Databricks MLOps Engineer, you will manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from deployment to monitoring and retraining, using Databricks and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting pipeline issues, and ensuring model performance remains optimal in production environments. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and automating end-to-end ML pipeline deployments using Jenkins and Databricks
- Collaborating with Data Science teams to ensure proper data mapping, model training, and validation
- Conducting RCA for pipeline and model failures, ensuring timely resolution with Platform or Data Science teams
- Verifying table schema consistency across Dev, QA, and Production environments to ensure data integrity
- Monitoring production models for performance degradation, tracking metrics, and handling data drift
- Implementing periodic model retraining workflows, ensuring model performance is maintained
- Contributing to automation improvements and developing monitoring dashboards for key model metrics
Desired Profile / Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in MLOps
- Strong understanding of Databricks, Jenkins CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Hands-on experience in model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining automation
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and optimizing data pipelines and ML workflows
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Platform Engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills
