Sr Technical Project Manager

Job Description

• Leading projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning 
• Scoping tasks, phases and projects with input from multiple resources, estimations 
• Development and management of project timelines and project plans 
• Identification and mitigation of project risks, time to time 
• Validation and presentation of project deliverables 
• Assurance of quality of deliverables and operations of managed resources 
• Technical analysis of project milestone deliverables including designs, wireframes, and specifications 
• Understands challenges & dependencies associated with a CMS implementation project like Drupal, Sitecore, AEM etc. 
• Identifies risks associated with integration requirements for a web development project 
• Schedules and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery 
• Ensures that challenges and issues faced by technical team is accurately conveyed to all stakeholders 
• Help in Analysis and build of data schemas for complex integrations and technical specifications of complex deliverables 
• Establishment of close working relationships with internal team members 
• Keep the communication warm and complete all the time all the internal and external stakeholders/ customers 
• Track record of executing the web development projects in SLA driven committed delivery model 
• Well documented and process driven project management practice, which is anytime audit ready

The Technical Project manager will engage with a team to drive website and app projects from start to finish. This position will support a team of backend and frontend developers, sysadmins and QAs across a range of delivery streams and platforms including the support engagement, will troubleshoot problems and suggest solutions, manage and optimize project plans, prioritize deliveries, resourcing, program progress and extend support during spike.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of total experience with 4+ project management experience (certified scrum master is desirable but not necessary) 
• Knowledge of Web development, Dev Ops and Cloud native application 
• Assertive and good communication skills 
• Experience working with CMS systems like Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, AEM, etc.
• Knowledge of the complete SDLC of the web development and handling possible integrations with cross functional teams 
• Project management experience within an agency environment utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies 
• Experience of project management software to create project plans, assign resources, monitor project progress and track expenses 
• Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks within established deadlines 
• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills 
• Experience in handling international customers where effective communication & handling the situation is the key 
• All business is conducted in English; a working proficiency is required for international candidates
