Position Title – Sr Video Animation Specialist
Description:
Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Video Animation Specialist with 4–5 years of expertise in animation, motion graphics, and GenAI-driven video production. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven experience in client engagement, and the ability to explore and adopt new technologies based on market trends. This role demands a balance of creativity, innovation, and technical proficiency in delivering impactful video solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and video edits using industry-standard tools.
• Manage the complete GenAI video value chain—from concept development and script alignment to animation, editing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present creative solutions, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Explore, evaluate, and integrate new tools, workflows, and technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Ensure timely execution of projects while upholding brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, and business) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends in animation, GenAI, and video production to bring innovation into client deliverables.
Requirements
• 4–5 years of professional experience in video animation and production.
• Strong expertise in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar industry-standard software.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, Pika, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and editing workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with prior experience in client communication and presentations.
• Ability to innovate and adopt new technologies aligned with market and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and adaptability.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of advanced editing and compositing workflows.
• Experience with AI-driven creative platforms and plugins.
• Familiarity with optimizing video content for various platforms (web, social, corporate communication).
• Exposure to agile or collaborative work environments.
