Content Liaison

 

Job Description:

We are driving a digital transformation process that covers the entire content lifecycle, aiming to strengthen and centralize content production through collaboration with an offshore agency partner.
As a Content Liaison, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of this transformation. Your responsibilities include liaising between the product management teams, digital channel leads, creative agencies, and the offshore agency partner for content production.


Essential Responsibilities:
• Single Point of Contact and Collaboration:
o Act as the single point of contact, closely collaborating with product management teams.
o Ensure seamless completion of the content production process across all individual steps, including content planning, rate cards, and financials.


• Intake Process Management:
o Manage the intake process for producing new digital assets.
o Oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring alignment with review and approval timelines.


• Reporting and Communication:
o Regularly maintain and release content production reports to the Project Management Offices (PMOs).
o Include content performance KPIs and financial metrics in these reports.


• Stakeholder Communication:
o Facilitate effective communication with relevant stakeholders, crucial for coordinating across different teams and managing content projects.


Operational responsibilities:

  1. Content Planning and Reporting:
    o Assist Content Owners in updating content plans and budget retainers by maintaining the content production platform.
    o Prepare and release cost estimates for project requests, revise costs and timelines as needed, and inform requestors of any changes.
    o Monitor and report content production performance KPIs, content spend, and CSAT to the PMO weekly.
    o Manage the content publishing calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
    2. Content Briefing and Coordination with Offshore Content Production Team:
    o Review individual content briefing forms, collaborating with Content Owners, Channel Leads, and Agencies to collect and complete content briefings for the offshore Content Production Team.
    o Work closely with the offshore content production team to meet performance KPIs and deployment timelines.
    o Support Content Owners in updating content briefings if additional iterations or corrections are required.
    3. Content UAT and Release to Production:
    o Monitor and track the offshore production team’s build schedule.
    o Oversee content UAT readiness, confirm successful UAT completion and share the production package with Channel Leads.
    o Notify Content Owners about project closure, ensuring that content tasks are closed and CSAT is completed.
    4. Cross-Functional Communication:
    o Foster collaboration with Content Owners, Creative Agencies, and Channel Leads by providing guidance on content workflow management.
    o Conduct governance calls with the PMO regularly.
    o Facilitate the onboarding of Agencies and New Project Owners.
    o Conduct Hypercare/Training Sessions as needed.

 

 

Key qualifications includes:
• Proficiency in English
• Solid business acumen
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated solid project and change management skills
• Experience working with pharmaceutical brands at the local or global level
• Previous experience with large agency or company accounts in a similar setting is preferred.


Must have:

• Solid business acumen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
