Role: Program Manager
Description: Oversee and coordinate multiple CAST initiative projects working alongside Novartis project leads and take responsibility for on-time delivery of planned activities.
Build collaborative relationships with CAST leadership team, GBS stakeholders, DDIT, Martech and other Novartis internal teams for effective execution of program initiatives
Plan and schedule activities, milestones, and deliverables for each project within the program.
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are regularly communicated on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Document CAST achievements and communicate success to relevant stakeholders.
Guide team managers and team members, providing direction and support and serve as a first level of escalation point of contact.
Proactively identify potential risks to the program's success and develop contingency plans.
Desired Profile:
• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in tech consulting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively
