Must Have

Role – Agentforce Technical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Manage the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Agentforce
•    Take charge of the technical delivery of Agentforce AI solutions, ensuring seamless and successful implementations from a technical perspective.
•    Lead the integration of diverse technologies with Data Cloud & Agentforce, covering data modeling, architecture, and cross-product data mapping.
•    Design and build advanced customizations within Agentforce
•    Work on Agentforce, designing and developing AGENTs solutions leveraging the full Salesforce technology stack 
•    Work closely with both internal and external teams to identify data gaps and propose effective implementation strategies.
•    Lead Agentic Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and enable integrations with other platforms like AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and SFMC.
•    Perform data profiling on existing marketing datasets, establishing data governance frameworks and standardization protocols.
•    Oversee and manage technical project teams, both onshore and offshore.
•    Facilitate workshops and engage with clients to evaluate the trade-offs between configuration and coding approaches.
•    Stay up to date with Salesforce's latest innovations and incorporate new features to enhance business operations and customer engagement.

 


Desired Profile : 
•    6-8 years of overall experience, with minimum 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Agentforce, Experience Cloud)
•    Hands-on experience developing AI agents in Agentforce or other agentic / AI platforms
•    Strong expertise in Salesforce MarTech architecture, including:
o    Data modeling & profile unification
o    Segmentation & audience management
o    Automation & orchestration across SFMC and Data Cloud
•    Hands-on experience configuring inbound and outbound data connectors for Data Cloud and SFMC
•    Strong development experience with:
o    APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o    Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent middleware)
o    Salesforce security, identity, and access control best practices
•    Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds
•    Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist)
Good to Have:
•    Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences sectors.
•    Familiarity with integration methodologies and techniques, including building custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems.
•    Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
•    Exposure to cloud platforms such as Snowflake or AWS in marketing or data use cases
