Who Are You? We are seeking a highly conceptual and strategically driven Art Director with 7–10 years of agency experience to join our creative team and help shape compelling brand narratives across integrated advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a big-picture thinker and visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has the ability to transform ideas into impactful, memorable creative experiences across multiple media channels. As an Art Director, you will play a critical role in driving the visual direction of campaigns from concept through execution, collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, UX teams, account leads, production partners, and clients to deliver high-quality creative solutions that resonate with audiences and elevate brand presence. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to lead creative development while balancing strategic objectives, client expectations, and executional excellence. Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising is highly preferred, including familiarity with promotional review processes, regulatory requirements, and omnichannel campaign execution. This role requires someone who can confidently contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitch innovative ideas, mentor junior creatives, and maintain high creative standards across digital, print, video, social, experiential, and integrated campaigns.

Job Description:

Creative Leadership & Concept Development

Partner closely with copywriters and cross-functional creative teams to develop innovative branding, advertising, and omnichannel campaign concepts
o
Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns from ideation through final execution across digital, social, print, video, web, mobile, email, and experiential channels
o
Translate strategic insights and brand objectives into visually compelling creative solutions that drive audience engagement and business impact
o
Develop original campaign concepts, visual systems, mood boards, storyboards, and presentation-ready creative frameworks
o
Push creative boundaries while ensuring designs remain strategically aligned, customer-centric, and brand-consistent
o
Bring strong storytelling capabilities and conceptual thinking to all aspects of campaign development

Art Direction & Design Execution
o
Create high-quality visual designs across a variety of media, including:

Digital advertising

Ensure all creative deliverables maintain a high level of craft, innovation, consistency, and attention to detail

Collaborate with UX, production, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of visual concepts into functional digital experiences
o
Support post-production efforts through preparation and delivery of graphic assets for animation, video editing, and multimedia execution
o
Participate in photo shoots, video productions, content capture sessions, and creative direction activities as needed
o
Oversee creative quality control throughout production and implementation phases

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o
Work closely with account management teams to interpret client objectives, business goals, and campaign requirements

Present creative concepts, campaign rationale, and visual strategies confidently to internal teams and clients

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and regulatory standards across all deliverables
o
Support and mentor junior designers and creative team members by providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction where appropriate

Ideal Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related field

7-10 years of professional agency experience in art direction, integrated campaign development, and visual design

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution across digital, print, social, motion, and integrated advertising campaigns

Experience working across omnichannel marketing ecosystems and integrated customer engagement campaigns

Pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience strongly preferred
