Adobe Experience Manager Architect
Job Description
• 14+ years of experience in web content management systems (WCMS) and digital experience platforms, driving enterprise-scale digital transformations.
• 10+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Strong architectural understanding of AEM components such as Dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, Sling Models, and AEM Forms.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end website migrations from legacy or other CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) to AEM.
• Solid understanding of modern Design Systems, Storybook, and scalable AEM website development practices.
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign).
• Strong programming expertise in Java with hands-on experience in JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi frameworks, and RESTful services.
• Expertise in architecting and deploying solutions on AEM Cloud Service, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance AEM solutions across multiple projects and regions.
• Define, standardize, and enforce AEM development best practices including coding standards, deployment models, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX/design, and IT) to align AEM capabilities with business and digital strategy goals.
• Architect seamless integrations between AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Analytics, Target, and Campaign.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party Martech platforms including CRM systems, CDPs, DAMs, and personalization engines.
• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
• Conduct performance optimization, security assessments, and scalability reviews to ensure robust and compliant solutions.
• Stay updated with AEM product advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities and roadmap.
