Must Have
What You'll Do
Research & Analysis
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support client engagements.
Analyze complex information, identify key findings, and develop actionable insights.
Support market assessments, stakeholder analysis, operating model design, and transformation initiatives.
Problem Solving & Insight Development
Structure problems, evaluate options, and contribute to recommendations.
Synthesize large amounts of information into clear and concise outputs.
Support business case development and strategic decision-making.
Client Delivery
Develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, reports, and workshop materials.
Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project working sessions.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.
Team & Firm Contributions
Manage assigned workstreams, tasks, and deadlines.
Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, recruiting, and internal initiatives.
Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Health Sciences, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, business analysis, research, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with strategy, transformation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences projects.
Experience conducting research, creating presentations, or analyzing data.
Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.

Career Path
The Associate Consultant role is designed to accelerate the development of consulting fundamentals, client delivery skills, and business problem-solving capabilities. Successful Associates progress to Consultant by demonstrating increased ownership, independent delivery, and the ability to develop insights with limited supervision.
