Must Have
Role: Associate Manager - Business Analyst (Medical Data Analytics)
Description:
•    Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Field Force reporting frameworks and dashboards.
•    Analyze sales force activity, territory alignment, call planning, and execution metrics to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
•    Collaborate with Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
•    Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), SFE tools, and reporting systems.
•    Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
•    Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, automation, and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
•    Support incentive compensation analysis and territory optimization initiatives.
•    Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in field force analytics.
Desired Profile:
•    7+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Field Force or Sales Operations reporting.
•    Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL; experience with other BI tools is a plus.
•    Deep understanding of SFE metrics, KPIs, and commercial data structures.
•    Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data integration platforms.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or Pharma required.
•    Familiarity with incentive compensation design and territory management.
•    Knowledge of data governance and compliance in commercial reporting.
