Role: Associate Manager - Creative


Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Lead to join our team. As an Associate Creative Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading creative execution, mentoring team members, and delivering visually compelling designs across various digital and print mediums.

Graphic designer's responsibilities also include translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies. This involves selecting appropriate colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effectively
Create accurate and visually appealing charts, graphs, tables, and other visual elements that represent accurate scientific data or research findings
Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, on-screen presentations, proposals, social media collaterals/ads, websites, infographics, 2D/3D static and animation
Develop and support digital and interactive assets including emailers, web banners, and basic HTML-based deliverables (e.g., eDetail screens, landing pages)
Adhere to client brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate adoption within the team and client engagements
Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and guide them toward the right creative decisions
Communicate effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects in parallel
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals
Mentor and guide junior designers; contribute to team capability building and knowledge sharing


Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite for creating high-quality print and digital designs
12–17 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and cross-medium expertise
Creative agency background preferred with strong exposure to client-facing roles
Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade

Must Skills and Experience

12–17 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the medical/pharma domain
Strong experience in managing US client interactions with proactive requirement analysis and a consultative approach
Expertise in data visualization, maintaining brand consistency, and graphic design software proficiency (Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office Suite including PowerPoint)
Project management and time management while working on multiple projects
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving approach
Experience in training, mentoring, and team guidance
Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS, eDetail development, web banners, or digital asset creation will be an added advantage
