Must Have

As an Associate Manager – Data Engineering, you will support data infrastructure initiatives, manage small teams, and ensure smooth data workflows for analytics and business intelligence. You will play a hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
•    Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for efficiency and performance.
•    Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers, to support data-driven decision-making.
•    Implement data models, warehouses, and lakes using SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-based technologies.
•    Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met.
•    Guide and mentor junior engineers while managing small-scale projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    5-7 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or database management.
•    Strong SQL and programming skills (Python, Java, or Scala).
•    Experience with ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and data modeling.
•    Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•    Knowledge of big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
•    Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
