• Analyzes complex processes and issues using current tools and techniques such as process maps or diagrams. Develop solutions that make significant improvements to business and internal team processes, systems and products.
• Leads the efforts related to interpret and document requirements.
• Works independently with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the business goals.
• Works directly with internal and third-party technical resources to implement software design.
• Manages the expectations of the customer (i.e. balance their needs with wants and education as appropriate).
• Develops solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
• Ensures proper validation documentation is created for all projects (i.e. Medtronic System Compliance Methodology (MSCM)).
• Responsible for conducting workshop sessions and stakeholder interviews in support of project, enhancement, and break/fix activities.
• Responsible for communicating process and functional requirements to other workstream teams (analysis, design, data, technical, training / org readiness, testing)
Max bill rate: INR 1900/Hr

Experience with enterprise EDI middleware applications. E.g. WebMethods/Trading Network, BizLink/BizManager.
• Experience with EDI standards. ANSI X-12, xCBL.
• Experience with SAP SD, Pricing and EDI (SAP ECC and S/4 HANA)
• Experience with third-party EDI service providers. (Value Added Networks)
• Ability to map and translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements.
