You will be responsible for:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Technology Consultant to support marketing technology projects in the Life Sciences industry. This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior consultants to help shape and implement solutions across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CRM/Data Lakes, and Analytics Tools.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in marketing technology or consulting, looking to deepen their industry knowledge and grow into a more senior role. You'll gain hands-on experience translating business needs into functional documentation, supporting integration discussions, and helping manage project deliverables in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Must Have
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Collaborate with Life Sciences clients to understand business goals, marketing strategies, and pain points.
• Assist in translating these needs into clear, structured Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Document use cases, workflows, integration points, and data needs within the marketing tech ecosystem.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with project standards and compliance needs.
Solution Support & Technical Understanding
• Gain familiarity with how platforms such as SFMC, CRM, Consent Management Tools, and analytics solutions interact in a regulated environment.
• Assist in documenting system interactions, data flows, and configuration needs.
• Support basic system integration discussions and data mapping exercises.
Client Interaction & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Serve as a key support contact for client stakeholders from marketing, IT, data, and compliance teams.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and reviews, helping to capture action items, feedback, and risks.
• Foster strong working relationships while maintaining professionalism and awareness of Life Sciences industry expectations.
Project Support
• Assist in identifying blockers or challenges early and escalating appropriately.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
About you:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, preferably SFMC, in a client-facing role.
• Exposure to or interest in Life Sciences or Healthcare industry projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Veeva CRM, or data integration platforms is a strong plus.
• Understanding of system integration concepts, data mapping, and workflow documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized with solid documentation and time management capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Good to have
• Exposure to compliance or consent management platforms like OneTrust.
• Experience working in projects that required collaboration with medical, legal, or regulatory teams.
• Knowledge of APIs or data lake architecture.
