Role: Associate Manager - Campaign Management

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Technology Ecosystem Functional Consultant with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Translation and Documentation: 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements, objectives, and  pain points. 
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed, structured Functional Requirement Documents  (FRDs) tailored to a Marketing Technology Ecosystem. 
• Define and document use cases, process flows, system integrations, and data mapping to support  requirements. 
• Maintain a high standard of documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy of project specifications
• Define quality standards for deliverables, ensuring that functional documents and system integrations meet high standards.

 

Technical Consulting and Solution Design: 
• Act as the SFMC Senior Technical Consultant, providing guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and configuration within SFMC and related marketing technology systems. 
• Should have good understanding of integrations between SFMC, Data Lakes, Veeva CRM, Next-Best-Action Engines, and Analytics systems. 
• Develop and enforce best practices for data management, integration, and synchronization across systems, optimizing for performance and accuracy. 

 

Client Communication and Stakeholder Management: 
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing alignment with business goals, expectations, and feedback. 
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, data, IT, and analytics teams, to communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies. 
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of any changes to project scope, timelines, or risks, proactively raising flags and proposing solutions when necessary. 

 

Project Management: 
• Lead and manage the lifecycle of projects, from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and launch. 
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely execution and delivery within scope. 
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve project deliverables, managing resources and priorities effectively. 
• Act as a problem-solver, addressing project challenges and roadblocks with efficient and creative solutions. 


Desired Profile: 
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as a technical consultant with strong experience in SFMC Admin activities
• Strong understanding of marketing ecosystem technologies (e.g., SFMC, Consent Management Platform (One Trust), Veeva, OCE,). 
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into structured functional requirements, with exemplary documentation skills. 
• Excellent client communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex projects. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions. 
• Experience with SFMC integration with websites, third party platforms , API configurations, and data management principles within a marketing ecosystem. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
