Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Omnichannel Activation Leader to drive integrated, data-driven customer engagement strategies across digital and offline channels for global life sciences clients. This role will be responsible for translating brand and marketing strategies into impactful omnichannel programs, ensuring seamless execution, measurable outcomes, and superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Strategy & Activation
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end omnichannel engagement strategies across HCP, patient, and payer journeys
- Translate brand strategy into multi-channel activation plans (email, web, CRM, paid media, social, field, etc.)
- Drive personalized and data-driven campaigns using customer insights and segmentation
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for global pharma/healthcare clients on omnichannel transformation
- Collaborate with brand, medical, analytics, and technology teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Delivery & Operations Excellence
- Own program delivery, timelines, and quality across omnichannel campaigns
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards (MLR processes)
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, automation, and operational efficiency
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage analytics, insights, and performance dashboards to optimize campaigns
- Work closely with data science/analytics teams to drive next-best-action (NBA) and personalization
- Track KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion, ROI, and channel effectiveness
Team Leadership
- Build and lead cross-functional teams including campaign managers, content, media, and ops
- Mentor teams and drive a high-performance, client-centric culture
- Collaborate with global delivery teams across locations
Key Requirements
Experience
- 12–18+ years of experience in digital marketing / omnichannel / marketing operations
- Strong exposure to pharma, healthcare, or life sciences industry
- Proven experience managing large global accounts and complex programs
Functional Skills
- Deep understanding of omnichannel frameworks and customer journey orchestration
- Expertise in channels such as CRM, email automation, web, social, paid media, and field integration
- Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva, or similar platforms
Leadership & Delivery
- Strong program management and delivery leadership
- Experience managing large teams and global stakeholders
- Ability to drive strategic discussions and execution simultaneously
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, attribution models, and KPIs
- Experience in data-driven marketing and personalization strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience in customer experience transformation / digital transformation initiatives
- Brand portfolio ownership
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing, automation, and advanced analytics
