Indegene has grown its North American presence to approximately 700 employees, primarily through acquisitions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Canada. The organization is now focused on:

  • Integrating acquired entities more fully into the parent company & advice/guide the team to create integration playbook
  • Ensuring HR practices and employment decisions in North America are compliant, consistent, and aligned with global strategy, includes handbook etc. 
  • Stabilize, derisk the USCAN region to build a stronger, integrated HR foundation (India & USCAN - BU & Region) 
  • Provide guidance of engaging dispersed team working from office, hybrid, from home and client office, 
  • Manage any issues as they arise
