Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement innovative features and enhance user experience while ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint applications, workflows, and custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customization: Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and other components to improve usability and functionality.
• Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise applications and systems to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint applications, addressing user issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide guidance on best practices for using SharePoint effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST API, and client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and security features.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or similar certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
