Role: GenAI Architect

Description:

Key Responsibilities :
1. Architect scalable GenAI platforms using advanced RAG techniques.
2. Design multi-agent orchestration using MCP and A2A patterns.
3. Integrate Knowledge Graphs and vector databases for semantic search.
4. Lead prompt pipeline development and observability tooling.
5. Define secure API gateways and DevOps deployment strategies.
6. Optimize LLM performance and context management.
7. Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA/GDPR).
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system reliability.
9. Mentor engineers on GenAI architecture and best practices.
10. Drive innovation in agentic AI and schema-aware retrieval systems.

Must Have

1. Deep expertise in LangChain, DSPy, LangGraph, and Python.
2. Strong understanding of RAG variants (Schema RAG, Agentic-RAG).
3. Experience with vector DBs like FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone.
4. Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and Neo4j integration.
5. Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and prompt engineering.
6. Hands-on with Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
7. Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
8. Proficiency in secure API design and token management.
9. Strong documentation and architectural design skills.
10. Strategic thinking with mentoring and leadership capabilities.
