JOB DESCRIPTION
 
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Architect – Fullstack to become a key member of our growing engineering team. This is a strategic and technically hands-on role that sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering leadership, and emerging AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You should possess a strong background in both backend technologies—preferably Python, FastAPI, MySQL, and Generative AI frameworks—as well as modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end system design and architecture decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the technical direction of our products and ensure that our platforms are both innovative and technically sound.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically and balance long-term architectural vision with immediate development priorities. You should be comfortable diving deep into code when needed, while also guiding development teams, conducting architecture reviews, and mentoring engineers. You will also lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities into practical, production-ready solutions—leveraging tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on technical leadership, collaborative problem solving, and staying ahead of the curve in the evolving landscape of AI-powered applications.
