Description 


Role -Salesforce Architect (CDP)

 

Responsibilities:

•    Lead the administration, analysis, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions, ensuring effective data management and seamless integrations with other platforms.
•    Manage the technical delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, driving successful implementations and providing technical leadership to internal and external teams.
•    Oversee the integration of technologies and systems with Salesforce Data Cloud, focusing on data modeling, architecture, and data mapping across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
•    Design and build advanced customizations within Salesforce Data Cloud, using Salesforce’s full technology stack including APEX, LWC, and integration patterns like Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to identify data gaps and propose effective implementation strategies to address those gaps, ensuring a holistic approach to data governance and standardization.
•    Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, working on integrations with other platforms such as AWS Pinpoint, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•    Manage and guide cross-functional teams (both onshore and offshore) to ensure timely project execution and alignment with business objectives.
•    Facilitate workshops and engage with clients to evaluate solutions, considering the trade-offs between configuration and coding approaches for optimal results.
•    Stay current with Salesforce innovations, continuously exploring new features to enhance business operations and customer engagement.

Must Have

•    Experience: Minimum of 6 years of total experience with at least 3 years working within the Salesforce Ecosystem, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), and other related Salesforce Clouds.
•    Technical Expertise: 
o    Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce’s MarTech stack, including data modeling, segmentation, profile unification, and automation in SFMC and Data Cloud.
o    Experience configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data flows in Salesforce Data Cloud and SFMC.
o    Expertise in coding with APEX, LWC, and working with integration tools such as Mulesoft and APIs (REST/SOAP).
o    Proficient in designing scalable solutions and ensuring high performance across Salesforce Clouds.
•    Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams for successful implementations of CDP and SFMC solutions.
•    Industry Knowledge (Good to Have): Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences industries, with a deep understanding of data governance and analytics in regulated sectors.
•    Analytics & Integration: Familiarity with analytics engines (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and social media management tools. Ability to build custom APIs for integrations between CDP and source systems.
•    Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for handling data operations and automations.
•    Communication & Collaboration: Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with cross-functional teams. Ability to evaluate technical solutions and make trade-offs between coding and configuration approaches.
