Job Description: 
You will be responsible for:

• • Lead the development of SFMC specific features and upgrades to the architecture in line with updates to the SFMC features catering to global Market
  • Regularly interface with the brand and operations teams to ensure detailed requirements are properly understood and addressed by the solution
  • Define and lead testing plans for feature development and coordinate the roll out and training with local resources
  • Support and interface with the operations team in definition of a migration plan so as not to create a loss of service
  • Direct junior dev/administrator to support updates to live campaigns required due to new feature roll outs/changes in technical processes
  • Ensure all solutions are fully documented with both business, functional and technical specifications on a centrally available location
  • Own technical delivery for your respective projects

Your impact:
About you:

• • 3x Certified: Email specialist, Administrator, SFMC consultant or developer
  • 5+ years of technical experience with marketing campaign development, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proficient in AMPscript, REST/SOAP API and SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON
  • Prior involvement in QA process and understanding of end-to-end testing practices
  • Experience leveraging SFMC APIs for both data integration and transactional communications
  • Understand how AI works and how their implications for marketing can be valuable
  • Experience with Python-based web frameworks is a plus
  • Must be flexible to work in US time zone

Must have:

Hands on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
