Role: Associate Manager – Business Intelligence
Description:
Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
• Design & develop user-centric data visualization solutions using complex data sources.
• Identify & define key business metrics and KPIs in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Develop scalable data models in alignment with Digital and IT teams.
• Develop user stories, wireframes as well as intuitive reporting solutions.
• Apply best practices in data visualization design & continuously improve upon user experience for business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to apply data visualization technologies to streamline & enhance manual / legacy reporting deliveries.
• Understand the business needs and explore new techniques and innovative data assets and drive standardization across the analytics organization
• Processes, automation, streamline and standardization of reports across brands
Must Have
• 8+ years of experience in pharma commercial analytics, data visualization, infographics, and interactive visual storytelling
• Working experience and knowledge in QlikSense / PowerBI / Tableau and other data visualization technologies
• Experience and knowledge of ETL process, data modelling techniques using Alteryx; working knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Evaluate)
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous situations and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones
