Role: Associate Manager - Campaign Operations

Description:

 

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Manager/ Manager to lead and execute our SEM, Social, and Programmatic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in paid search, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. Have done Solutioning, GTM, Client Pitches, created pitch Decks & Presentations. Digital strategy, Digital business growth. Independently handled client.
 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEM, Social, and Programmatic strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Leverage advanced bidding strategies, ad extensions, and targeting options to maximize campaign performance.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, and account management) to drive campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

 

Required Qualifications:
• 8-9 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM, Social, and Programmatic advertising.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing high-performing campaigns in the healthcare industry, preferably pharma.
• Proven experience in agency setup is required.
• Expertise in SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), and Programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
