Role: Manager, Digital Transformation
Description:
Key Responsibilities –
Lead Digital Content Transformation Initiatives: Drive planning and execution of digital content strategies, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical regulatory standards and brand objectives.
• Veeva / Aprimo Platform Expertise: Leverage expertise in digital asset management systems like Veeva Vault and Aprimo to streamline content workflows, enhance compliance, and optimize content lifecycle management.
• Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support: Act as a strategic partner during solutioning and pre-sales stages, crafting customized digital transformation solutions that address client-specific needs through a consultative approach.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify digital challenges, analyze root causes, and implement innovative solutions to ensure business continuity and client satisfaction.
• Leadership & Vision: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key client interface, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and consistent value delivery.
• Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation journey.
• Team Management & Development: Manage, mentor, and support project teams to enhance skillsets, foster growth, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Project Management Under Ambiguity: Lead complex digital transformation projects with agility, navigating through evolving requirements and delivering on-time, within budget.
• Champion Modular Content Strategy: Advocate for and implement modular content frameworks to support scalable, personalized, and reusable content models, driving efficiency and faster time-to-market.
Must Have
• 6-7 years overall experience and relevant pharma experience 2-3 years.
• Pharma background with understanding on content creation and planning processes (preferred).
• Veeva/ Aprimo knowledge (preferred)
• Solutioning and pre-sales, with a consultative approach
• Problem solving
• Ability to lead,

• Project management, can understand and work under uncertainties
• Modular content knowledge (highly preferred).
