Role Type: Associate Manager - GenAI Platform Architecture

Description: We are seeking an innovative GenAI Architect AM to lead the design and development of next-generation AI platforms with cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities. This role demands deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Schema RAG, Agentic-RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and Model Context Protocols (MCP). You will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and intelligent GenAI systems that drive value across enterprise use cases. As a thought leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect intelligent solutions that integrate the latest in AI infrastructure, orchestration, and observability.

Responsibilities
• Architect scalable GenAI platforms leveraging advanced RAG methods including Traditional RAG, Schema RAG, and Agentic-RAG.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration using Model Context Protocols (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) patterns.
• Integrate Knowledge Graphs with vector databases such as FAISS, pgvector, and Pinecone for context-rich retrieval.
• Lead prompt pipeline design and observability using tools like Langfuse, LangGraph, and DSPy.
• Define end-to-end system architecture, including DevOps workflows, secure API gateways, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on best practices in system design, LLM integration, and AI reliability.
• Ensure systems adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Must Have

• Hands-on expertise with LangChain, DSPy, LangGraph, and Python frameworks like FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector) and graph technologies (Neo4j).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Lambda, ECS, IAM, Bedrock), Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient in DevOps tooling (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions) and prompt evaluation workflows.
• Knowledge of secure API design, token lifecycle management, and hallucination mitigation strategies.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipeline optimization.
• Innovative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mentoring.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and system design capabilities.
• Demonstrates innovation, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
