Role: Associate Manager - Salesforce Business Analyst
Description:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing client requirements to develop effective Salesforce HealthCloud solutions. This position requires strong communication skills as well as technical understanding of the Salesforce HealthCloud platform to understand requirements and manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Connect regularly with the client throughout each project to gather business and functional requirements.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce HealthCloud features and functionality and build training materials for new users.
• Identify and log requirements to create, test, and launch the CRM solution.
• Evaluate information from various sources, resolve inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details.
• Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation.
• Supervise data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers.
• Configure Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Critical issue, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder.
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system), training/training materials, and project management (updates, scheduling, invoicing).
Desired Profile:
• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce HealthCloud projects. A minimum of 4 years working as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder
• Experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation.
• Experience with Health Cloud.
• Understanding of the Lifesciences industry, processes, etc.
