Job Description: Brand Management Associate – Omnichannel Marketing
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Brand Management Associate with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing. The candidate will support the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical clients in the US. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, content strategy, customer journey design, and campaign management - an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers in brand and marketing management.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Marketing Support
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, programmatic, search, and traditional channels.
Ensure campaign strategies align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Content Strategy & Customer Journey Design
Prepare content strategies that align with brand goals and regulatory guidelines.
Design customer journeys using the latest frameworks to drive consistent engagement across touchpoints.
Collaborate with content, creative, and HTML development teams to design and deliver impactful brand assets (emails, banners, eDetailers, social posts, microsites, etc.).
Campaign Management
Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and tracking in collaboration with internal teams.
Work with creative, content, analytics, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with client teams to understand brand needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to drive successful marketing initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Track campaign performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for internal and client review.
Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, ROI, and conversion rates.
Compliance & Industry Awareness
Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical marketing regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.).
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Experience
2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing preferred.
Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
Skills
Strong understanding of marketing principles and omnichannel campaigns.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and campaign tracking tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing, marketing automation, or project management is a plus.
Good to Have
Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS Office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential. Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
Passion for networking and updating with the latest technological developments and relate it to various projects.
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
