BI Lead

You will be responsible for: • Lead a team of BI analyst/developers to create best of breed reporting for less technically minded business units with often ambiguous requirements following an agile development methodology
• Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around reporting and BI
• Design, facilitate and manage BI platform (specifically Power BI and Tableau) to provide fast, agile and secure access to the data set
• Create a Centre of Excellence to harbor knowledge sharing, identify business champions, accelerate successful adoption and breed passion in data insight and visualization.
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, addressing customer queries, manage deliverables and effectively handling client requirements
• Understanding of pharma commercial is required, specifically worked in the areas of brand, customer, multi-channel, omnichannel and content performance 
• Create realistic and actionable metrics for marketing, brand and digital ops managers, including collation and delivery of brand, sales and marketing activity KPI reports
Your impact: 
About you: • 5 to 6 year's experience in one or more BI technologies, primarily - Power BI 
• Experience and good understanding of Data warehousing and SQL (query building, debugging, indexing and transformation) and should be able to adapt new tools/technology quickly
• Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
• Expert in handling large data sets, automating processes and building custom reports
• Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to define business KPIs based on domain knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Requires the ability to organize, manage and work within a global team-oriented, collaborative environment, providing technical consultative support to peers, projects and end users, including the development of technical standards
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
Must have: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Team management, Client Coordination and communication
Nice to have: good communication and interpersonal skills with entrepreneurship mindset
