Role: Omnichannel Orchestrator
Description:
You will be responsible for:
• Manage Day to day operations & Lead and guide the SFMC team
• Be the lead linker between Omnichannel and SFMC teams (Application Technology, IT)
• Strong Project Manager skills, incl. strong organization skills
• Lead SFMC reporting by creating concise and insightful slide decks
• Familiar with how to successfully run omnichannel campaigns
• Update (SFMC) JIRA – should be well-known in how to manage Jira and how to create valuable dashboards
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders, calls and follow ups
• Support in QA - test cases
• Optimize the work of the current SFMC team especially when it comes to the following aspects:
• Communication with the stakeholders (markets, regional and global);
• Optimize the existing request management process, namely the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from requirements analysis to go-live and hyper-care;
• Provide initial consultancy services to the business requestor(s);
• Provide insights into the omnichannel requests delivery process as a part of the whole set-up. Secure the e2e process for the SFMC deliverables as a part of that process.
• Suggesting new processes, improving documentation, revising dashboards or raising ideas for better reporting etc.
• Identify and share best practices, promote learning from one another, create synergies and avoid redundancies
• Work independently, with guidance only in complex situations
• Generate meaningful analyses and recommendations to Omnichannel Excellence Leadership when about the email as a channel for further development;
• Participate in sprint activities, in line with an agile delivery framework;
• Deliver high-quality documentation to support the channel operations incl. request-related documents, materials for Key Users and markets etc.
Your impact:
About you:
• Proficient knowledge of SFMC platform for email distribution – experience with Cloud Pages, SFMC Journeys, Einstein component etc.
• Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to drive projects in parallel with numerous countries in different time zones.
• Solution and results-oriented with proven ability to support cross-functional projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Must have: Strong Knowledge of SFMC, Knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Strategic bend towards how marketing works, Track record with email marketing in/outside the pharmaceutical industry
Nice to have: Experience in Veeva, Experience of cross platform campaigns, Expertise across a broader portfolio of digital channels preferred
