Must Have

As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers to develop compelling visual content that aligns with brand identity and business objectives. You will oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital and print platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive creativity, maintain brand consistency, and enhance the overall visual communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 

🔹 Creative Leadership & Strategy 

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering innovation and professional growth. 

Develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing and business goals. 

Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, maintaining high-quality standards. 

🔹 Design Execution & Project Management 

Oversee the creation of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and branding materials. 

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs. 

Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to develop visually engaging campaigns. 

🔹 Process & Quality Control 

Implement best practices for design workflow, asset management, and creative processes. 

Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high standards in all outputs. 

Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creative output. 

🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Management 

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to develop creative solutions. 

Ensure all design assets are optimized for various platforms and audiences. 

Shape 

Desired Profile: 

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
✅ Experience: 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 
✅ Technical Skills: 

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects). 

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and UX/UI principles. 

Experience with digital design, social media graphics, and print production. 
✅ Soft Skills: 

Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Attention to detail with a passion for high-quality design execution.
