Must Have
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Sourcing Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through various sourcing channels to support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing:
o Identify and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Engagement:
o Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, including phone screens and introductory emails.
o Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
o Assist in refining job descriptions and sourcing strategies based on feedback.
• Reporting and Tracking:
o Track and report on sourcing metrics, including candidate quality and pipeline status.
o Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and update status.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or related roles.
• Skills:
o Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
