Graphic Designer
Should possess 4-6 years of experience in Digital and print medium designs, User Interface Designing (UI Design), desktop and mobile version
- Software Skill/Expertise: Should possess experience working in Adobe lnDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
- A strong portfolio of UI Design, illustrations or other graphics
- Significant expertise with design systems, will be an added advantage
- Should possess excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of colour and in-depth domain knowledge
- Should be detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Educational Background - Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience. Preferably Fine Arts Graduation.
Must Have
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Design Software: Knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is essential.
Web Development: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Knowledge of JavaScript is highly beneficial for creating designs that can be implemented effectively on the web.
UX/UI Principles: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create intuitive and attractive designs.
Creative Skills:
Graphic Design: Strong graphic design skills with an ability to produce visually appealing designs.
Typography and Color Theory: Good sense of typography, layout, and color theory to enhance visual communication.
Interactive Media: Ability to design interactive elements like animations, digital ads, and web interfaces.
Work Ethic and Attitude:
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to new technologies as the field of interactive design is continually evolving.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the quality of all design elements and interfaces.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
