You will be responsible for:

Junior Drug Safety Associate

  • Review the Case status report as and when reports are received
  • Inform the different workflow leads to monitor and take priority cases to completion
  • Monitor productivity as and when reports are received
  • Run SQL and identify priority cases hourly basis
  • Update dashboard on productivity
  • Provide the health of cases received and predict any highlights

  • Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Possess attention to detail

 

Must have: Attention to detail • Good comprehension skills. • Good communication (verbal and written), with fluency in English and interpersonal skills.
