Must Have
As a Junior Visual Designer at Indegene Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creative process to produce engaging visual content across both digital and print platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our talented creative team to develop high-quality designs that resonate with our brand standards and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of graphics for a variety of projects, including digital campaigns, social media posts, website content, and print materials.
- Work hand-in-hand with senior designers to refine initial concepts and ensure effective execution of visual assets.
- Maintain consistency in our branding across all creative materials, ensuring that every piece aligns with our overall visual identity.
- Stay ahead of design trends, demonstrating an eagerness to suggest innovative ideas that can enhance our visual storytelling.
- Engage in constructive feedback sessions to learn and grow from critiques, enhancing your skillset in the process.
Essential Skills:
- Solid foundation in Graphic Design, Branding, and Digital & Print Design.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is required.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing your capabilities.

- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools to bring static designs to life and add dynamic elements to digital campaigns.
- A passion for design technology and emerging software that could enhance creative project workflows.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
