Job Description:
Responsible to perform quality review on artwork as per client requirements to ensure 100% compliance with guidance.

Responsibilities:
Broad Area - 1: Review all the artwork task as per client requirement
•    Understand client requirement, internal and client specific tools, internal & external checklist.
•    Perform complete check of the artwork, drawings, and specifications viz a via client requirement against authorized master file and any other related reference documents using appropriate tools and software.
•    Perform a character-by-character check for non-leaflets, leaflets with outlined text, as this does not compare in tool. 
•    Check the graphics, logos, colors and all the specified aspects mentioned in the guidelines with respect to the master file.
•    Check all the technical requirements as per the drawing/master file/references files.
•    Highlight unaddressed annotations and errors to the senior quality analyst for further review and seek clarification.
•    Annotate the discrepancies found during the artwork review and reject this as per the defined process.
•    Understand and complete the internal check list form to minimise internal and external errors.
•    To maintain MIS for work assigned
•    Follow best practices in terms of communication, client and project specific guidelines, and processes.
Broad Area - 2: Compliance & Process adherence
•    Adhere to quality standards for various deliverables as specified by the client documents and Indegene quality standards.
•    Adhere to confidentiality, privacy, copyrights and security norms of the client and Indegene for various deliverables.
•    Comply with policies and quality standards – QMS, ISMS, and CMMI standards of Indegene.
Broad Area - 3: Self-Development 
•    Volunteer in training programmes to develop skills in areas relevant to the job in addition to the areas of interest.
•    Exhibit flexibility in moving across new projects and varied deliverables.     
•    Continuously enhance & maintain knowledge area of work domain.
•    Complete Indegene assigned training programmes and client specific trainings.

Requirements:
•    Graduate in any Stream
•    0-1 years of experience
•    Skills:
    Professional training in proof-reading techniques
    Teamwork skills
    Communication Skills (Oral/Written)
•    Knowledge Requirement:
    Basic knowledge of pack range
    Understanding of artwork and printed component production processes.
