Job Title: Junior Web Developer

Job Description:
o    Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly Email templates using HTML, CSS, and inline styling.
o    Implement dynamic content using personalization and segmentation techniques for targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
o    Design and develop dynamic, visually compelling, and responsive HTML banners for digital campaigns, including static, animated, and interactive banners.
o    Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other animation tools to create engaging and interactive animated banners.
o    Ensure banner designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, adapting for various ad sizes, resolutions, and platforms.
Skills and Technologies:
•    Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Email coding best practices.
•    Familiarity with responsive email design frameworks like Bootstrap and CSS3 Media Queries.
•    Knowledge of Email deliverability and best practices for email development.
•    Experience with HTML5 banner development and understanding of animation principles using CSS3 and JavaScript.
•    Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) or other design tools for creating assets for HTML banners.
•    Understanding of responsive design principles and how to implement them across various devices and screen sizes.
•    Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser and device compatibility issues.
•    Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery or any other JS/Web framework is a plus.
