Role : Lead Business Analyst

 

Description : 

Key Responsibility:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Veeva Vault applications. 
•    Define and document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations. 
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and Veeva consultants, to ensure seamless implementation.
•    Provide subject matter expertise on Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF, etc.). 
•    Support system configurations, user access management, and workflow enhancements. 
•    Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
•    Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Veeva solutions. 
•    Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption. 
•    Assist in change management efforts and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
•    Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and internal governance policies. 
•    Support audits, system validation, and documentation related to Veeva applications.

Must Have

•    7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. 
•    Strong experience with Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF). 
•    Deep understanding of content management, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations in the pharma domain. 
•    Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and user training. 
•    Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies. 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 
•    Excellent communication skills to liaise with business users, technical teams, and external vendors. 
•    Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration tools (preferred but not mandatory). 
•    Preferred Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva Vault Admin, Veeva CRM Certification) are a plus.
