Role: Lead Front End Developer

Description: Core Vue.js Expertise
Strong proficiency in Vue.js (Vue 2 & Vue 3)
Deep understanding of Vue Component Lifecycle & Composition API
Experience with Vue Router, Vuex, and Pinia for state management
Advanced handling of Props, Events, Slots, and Scoped Slots
Server-side rendering (SSR) with Nuxt.js
 

Frontend Development
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, Tailwind, or Bootstrap
Building responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly UI components
Experience in progressive web apps (PWA)
 

Architecture & Best Practices
Designing scalable and maintainable frontend architectures
Performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
Implementing UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards
Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
 

Tooling & Testing
Experience with Vue CLI, Vite, Webpack, Babel
Version control with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
Unit & integration testing with Jest, Mocha, Vue Test Utils
End-to-end testing using Cypress or Playwright
 

Leadership & Communication
Experience leading frontend teams and mentoring developers
Ability to collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
Code reviews, best practice enforcement, and knowledge sharing
Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning and task estimation
