Role: Lead - Omnichannel Marketing (Pharma)

 

Description: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute omnichannel marketing strategies for pharmaceutical clients in the US. This role requires a strong understanding of pharma marketing, digital and traditional marketing channels, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement and business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Omnichannel Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o    Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, programmatic, search, and traditional channels.
o    Align campaign strategies with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
o    Optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights and analytics.

2.    Campaign Management:
o    Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns.
o    Collaborate with campaign operations, creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

3.    Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o    Act as the primary marketing contact for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
o    Work cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to drive marketing initiatives.
o    Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on market trends and campaign performance data.

4.    Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
o    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
o    Use marketing analytics tools to assess audience engagement, ROI, and conversion rates.
o    Continuously refine marketing approaches based on data and client feedback.

5.    Compliance & Industry Alignment:
o    Ensure all marketing efforts comply with pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, HIPAA, etc.).
o    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting pharma marketing.

Must Have

o    3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
o    Strong background in digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and campaign execution.
o    Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing principles.
o    Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
o    Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization.
o    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
o    Certification in digital marketing, project management, or marketing automation is a plus.
