As a Manager - Business Solutions & Presales , s/he acts as a frontline client partner in driving business growth in assigned accounts or successfully breaks-in new accounts. S/he need to be technologically savvy with significant experience supporting CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or Dynamics) and work history in life sciences is an asset. Cloud Management Specialist (CMS) is an outside/field sales position responsible for developing new sales pipeline for Cloud Management products by working directly with global clients to understand requirements, and aid in defining world class solutions that will wow our clients and users and ensure success. The position works closely with business leadership, marketing, operations, program management, technology, finance, and other functions globally.
The key responsibility for an individual playing the role is to drive growth by (a) developing business to achieve top line goals in assigned or break-in accounts, and (b) strengthening the organization’s partnership with Organizations that help in structure better deals from Clients. The strategic focus of the Cloud Management Specialist (CMS) is to build and drive Cloud Management pipeline by spending time with customers, develop close internal relationships with other sales team members, be an expert on messaging and the competitive landscape, work effectively with partners and understand how Cloud Management solutions help them to transform
Location: This position will be based out of Bangalore and will involve moderate amount of travel (up to 50%)
The Job entails the following but not limited to:
• Craft differentiated solutions across Medical Affairs (Medical Info, Scientific Communications, Publications, Launch Strategy, MLR/PMR, and more
Define and own win themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning Indegene as the preferred partnerBuild Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics.
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Strategy to shape opportunities from the earliest stages.
Translate ambiguity into clear, compelling solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworksPresent and defend solutions directly to global pharma and biotech clients.
Align internal stakeholders around solution strategy to ensure it is both credible and executableContribute to demand generation through thought leadership, vision decks, and strategic content

Basic Qualification:
• Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with or without MBA or a foreign equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 3-8 years relevant experience within Business Development, Account Management or Client Services in Companies
Desired profile:
• Prior experience in Business Development and relationship building with influencers and key decision makers in life-science companies and done enterprise software sales at industry leading companies. With a proven track record of achieving business objectives, in a highly competitive environment
• Understanding of life sciences enterprise platform SaaS CRM ecosystem, with cloud solutioning sales
• Understanding of the life science and marketing scenario of Global Markets, including key landscape factors such as health reforms, regulatory changes/pressures, HCP priorities etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills
• Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
• Ability to set and deliver on priorities and deal with a degree of ambiguity and ability to navigate the sales
• Display organisational and emotional intelligence with good Interpersonal skills.
