Role Overview
As a Manager, you will lead multiple client engagements, oversee project delivery, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing consulting teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that projects deliver measurable impact. You will also play a key role in thought leadership, team development, and expanding DT Consulting’s consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
• Lead and manage multiple consulting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping strategic decisions and transformation initiatives.
• Drive structured problem-solving and develop data-driven insights that align with client objectives.
• Oversee the development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
Business & Practice Development
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and support new client acquisition efforts.
• Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to strengthen DT Consulting’s service offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights, whitepapers, and participating in industry events.
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants and team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide structured feedback and career guidance to help team members grow professionally.
• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications & Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships, leading teams, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in strategy development and execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology implementation is preferred.
