About the Role
At Indegene, we’re helping shape the future of pharma by integrating Generative AI into commercial and medical operations. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, solution building, and scalable execution — ideal for professionals who enjoy operating across ambiguity, making things happen, and solving for scale.
You’ll work on high-impact client initiatives across pharma, helping conceptualize and operationalize AI-powered solutions that are grounded in domain needs and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
• Program manage GenAI-led initiatives across global pharma clients — driving strategic alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams
• Translate client and market needs into structured GenAI use cases by mapping business processes and identifying high-impact intervention points within the domain
• Shape and support the development of GenAI services and operating models, including service documentation, delivery workflows, and activation playbooks
• Collaborate with internal teams across solutioning, delivery, enablement, and product to define and activate the right capabilities for each engagement
• Lead solutioning efforts in response to RFPs, client opportunities, and internal build-outs — aligning GenAI capabilities with current and future business challenges
• Contribute to knowledge-building, innovation roadmaps, and go-to-market messaging to help scale Indegene’s GenAI practice

What You Bring
• 5-7 years of experience across strategic consulting, project/program management, or solution development — ideally in healthcare or life sciences.
• Exposure to pharma marketing, commercial operations, or medical affairs processes is a strong plus.
• Ability to analyze domain processes and map them to technology-enabled solutions, especially AI-led interventions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with an ability to connect the dots across technical capabilities, business context, and operational feasibility.
• Interest in and foundational understanding of Generative AI, with a willingness to continuously learn and evolve with the space.
• MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
Good to have
• Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service mgmt would be an added advantage.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
• Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
• Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
• Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
