Title: SEM Associate

We’re looking for a rockstar Search Engine Marketing Associate to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own demand generation through SEM efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing team in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement. You will have to showcase strong project management skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across groups.
You will be responsible for
- Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of our SEM campaigns including leads, conversions, revenue, etc
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through various marketing efforts on search engine by creating lead generation strategies and campaigns, including forecasting & budget for the same
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing team
- Create and manage SEM budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress (GA4, Google Search Console)
Desired Profile
- 5+ years of relevant Demand Generation Marketing experience
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through SEM campaigns
- Detailed understating of SEM concepts & up to date on the latest marketing trends
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Must have
- Experience of working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising
