Job Description:

• Prepare and manage  quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
• Perform variance analysis to assess actual vs. budgeted financial performance and identify key drivers.
• Develop and maintain revenue and cost forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct headcount checks to track personnel costs and resource planning.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights to senior management for better decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to gather relevant data and ensure consistency in financial planning.
• Build and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case preparation as required
