Must Have

Senior Associate - Campaign Management

Required Skills:
•    At least 4 years of experience and ability to build campaign strategies based on client goals and objectives.
•    Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
•    Work with external agencies, Clients, partners, and affiliates to enhance marketing efforts.
•    Oversee and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience
•    Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns & work on different strategies to meet the KPI’s.
•    Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

•    Set up a social media strategy based on the target audience, competitors, USP, and offerings.
•    Ability to develop budget projections and pace campaigns based on monthly budgets.
•    Strong analytical and reporting skills. Must be able to understand and analyze marketing campaigns data.
•    Experience in Google analytics and google tag manager. (GTM)
•    Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and trending charts development. Reporting will be an essential element of the day-to-day job.
•    Knowledge of online business marketing principals (Impressions, Reach, CPM, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition).
•    Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

•    Proven track record in leading diverse teams to deliver high-priority, high-impact initiatives.
