Senior Associate - Presales
You will be responsible for: Program Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and initiatives.
Provide administrative support for program activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
Data Management:
Compile and analyze program data to generate reports and insights for program improvement.
Communication and Outreach:
Assist in the development and dissemination of program-related communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
Strategic Initiatives:
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and mission.
Your impact: About you: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, communications, public administration, or a related area.
Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
