Responsibilities

Job Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in in Omnichannel Campaign Analytics having proficiency expected with appropriate Media and Analytics solutions, such as: Adobe Analytics (and Adobe suite of website testing and personalization products such as Adobe Target), Google/Bing Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Claravine (UTM parameters), Azure Databricks, Tealium and exposure to data sources like Google/Bing, Lasso, PulsePoint, Trade Desk, Meta / X / LinkedIn, Sermo / Doximity


•    4+ years of experience in Omnichannel Campaign Analytics, commercial analytics, digital analytics.
•    Medium proficiency in Azure Databricks, Python, SQL, Social Media Analytics
•    Well versed with data sets and analyses using tools like Adobe, Google Analytics, DoubleClick for Search etc.
•    Perform all steps required to create analysis-ready data sets; including data integration/merging, variable preparation, and quality control (QA/QC)
•    Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to manage data logistics – including data specifications, transfers, structures, and rules
•    Design, develop, enhance and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
•    Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyze business needs around reporting
•    Dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables
•    Translate reporting business requirements into functional requirements for data extracts
•    SME for all BU data sources, segmentation business rules and aggregates
•    Coordinate and manage implementation of test and control
•    Work across departments to iteratively enhance and improve reports.
•    Participate in visual design and implementation of reporting suite look and feel
•    Basic understanding of pharma commercial KPIs is required
•    Should have some business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise
•    Experience in handling large data sets and building custom reports
•    Develop custom intuitive, interactive and dynamic dashboards, enabling actionable insights and self-service analytics.
•    Document and articulate steps taken in an analysis to project managers
•    Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
