Role : Sr. Backend Engineer – GenAI Services

Description: We are looking for passionate Backend Engineers to build scalable and secure APIs that power GenAI systems. You will collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and AI teams to support RAG and LLM-based workflows.

Responsibilities
• Develop APIs for serving LLM results and handling embedding-based search (RAG)
• Implement queueing, async jobs, caching layers, and modular services
• Write and test secure Python backend code using FastAPI
• Integrate vector DBs and retrieval systems into backend pipelines
• Participate in PR reviews and contribute to platform reliability

Must Have

Experience: 3–5 years

Tech Stack
• - Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Git
• - Redis, Docker, RabbitMQ
• - RAG Systems: Connect to vector DBs for RAG, implement metadata-based Schema RAG integrations

Cloud & Deployment
• AWS (RDS, ECS, Lambda), GCP, or Azure
• AI Tools & Productivity Stack
• GitHub Copilot, PR reviewers
• Security & Compliance
• Token and session handling, access management, logging, rate limiting
